39 from different sensors and with diverse systems, with the ultimate goal of validating low-cost technologies for their implementation in an acoustic bench. N.P.B: I am studying the homologation cycles of vehicles, which are the speed periods of a car and that are tested before putting it on sale. In accordance with this, we measure the consumption of electric cars. A.B.M: My work consists in the digitalization of data that, after the application of an algorithm, will allow us to show the calculation of energy consumption of vehicles. What interested you in order to follow the research path? M.C.N: Participation in the development of new projects inwhichunknown technology is implemented is one of the greatest attractions of this area. JM.D.M: My great curiosity and inquisitiveness for the unknown are the main promoters of my inclination towards research. N.P.B: What I research helps me develop the knowledge for my final project. A.B.M: Wanting to continue my higher education and focus on a master's degree and doctorate. What do you think the research you are carrying out in the chair will contribute to society? M.C.N: The research carried out focuses on the development of low-cost systems that intend to compete with other remarkably more expensive and current systems. In short, propose a more affordable alternative. JM.D.M: The world of thermoacoustics is still a great unknown for many, so that the knowledge obtained and generated within the team is not only avant-garde, but its results can have great repercussion for the possibility of energy recovery through acoustic systems. N.P.B: Matching the autonomy of sustainable transport batteries with those of current vehicles will offer an affordable and quality sustainable transportation alternative. A.B.M: There are more and more electric vehicles, so it is important to know that the path chosen meets the energy expenditure calculated through this research. I understood the great opportunity presented to me in order to expand the knowledge acquired in the bachelor ’ s degree The internship scholarships in the Nebrija- Santander Chairs are a unique opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students of Nebrija University to delve into the research carried out in the different research groups and chairs. This opportunity allows them to take interest in strategic areas aimed at solving the current challenges of society while expanding their knowledge and specifying their interests for their professional future.
