This program specializes in Insurance Law, General and Specific Civil Liability, Business Risk Management, and the transfer of insurable risk. This Expert Program is designed to address the clear need within companies and the insurance market to provide training and knowledge to professionals involved in the complex task of identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks across various types of organizations. AGERS, the Spanish Association of Risk and Insurance Management, is a non-profit professional organization that has been in existence for nearly 40 years, with its 40th anniversary approaching in 2024. Established on April 4, 1984, the association has remained committed to its founding objectives, which include promoting the scientific methodology of Risk Management, covering aspects of risk prevention, identification, evaluation, and protection against industrial risks. AGERS serves as a crucial instrument for integrating the Risk Management and Insurance sectors, contributing to the enhancement of Spanish companies and bolstering the international image of the Spanish economy.

Methodology
This postgraduate program is primarily designed for professionals who have already obtained their Law degree and seek to further their expertise in specialized areas to broaden their career opportunities. It focuses on fields like Risk Management and Insurance, which are rapidly growing and in high demand for skilled professionals.
Hybrid Methodology
- Approximately 20% in person and 80% online, self-study, directed work. Recorded classes.
- Supported by the university's Blackboard platform.

- a) Master classes - focusing on specific topics.
- b) Live or recorded streaming - both synchronous and asynchronous options.
- c) Recorded sessions for later review.
- d) Case study proposals and group discussions in tutorial sessions.
- e) Self-study materials, including readings and topic preparation.
- f) Periodic evaluation questionnaires and final assessments for each subject.
Calendar and Schedules
In the afternoon. Classes at 15:00, 16:00 y 17:00h.
The training activities will be carried out in different synchronous and asynchronous modalities, providing flexibility in terms of timing.
Synchronous classes will be recorded for later access, ensuring that you can catch up if you are unable to attend during the live session.
The program will run from March to October.

The conference “Law in the times of Nebrija” was organized by the Antonio de Nebrija Foundation together with the School of Law and International Relations. Pérez-Bustamante's master class is part of the events that commemorate the 5th Centenary of Antonio de Nebrija.

Great Gala of the Nebrija Year 2022
The events marking the 5th Centenary of the death of Antonio Nebrija officially commenced on February 21, 2022, with a grand gala held at the Teatro Real. Their Majesties the King and Queen of Spain presided over the event, which focused on the life and contributions of Antonio de Nebrija, who introduced humanism in Spain and authored the first Castilian grammar.
