Nebrija University announces the second edition of the TFG/TFM awards for outstanding works, presented in any academic discipline aimed at the thematic lines of the Nebrija Telefónica Research Chair in "Tourist Intelligence", in Spanish or English, defended from January 2022 to December of 2022.
Award
The prize to be awarded will be:
- A Prize for the best Final Research Project for Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Digital Transformation for Sustainable Tourism: €1,250 gross.
Requirements
The requirements that the submitted papers will have to meet are the following:
- They must have been prepared and defended by students from any university, public or private, national or foreign.
- They must have been submitted and defended from January 2022 to December 2022, both months inclusive.
- They may be presented in Spanish and English.
- The score obtained must have been the following:
- Bachelor’s Final Research Project: outstanding.
- Master’s Final Research Project: outstanding.
The projects must be original and not have been presented in other calls.
Theme
The thematic lines to be considered for the Award for the Best Final Research Project of Bachelor's or Master's Degrees in Digital Transformation for Sustainable Tourism are described below:
- A work that links academic knowledge and social commitment focused on the development of a more inclusive, sustainable and resilient tourism will be rewarded.
- A prize will be awarded for work that analyzes in more detail the knowledge and management related to applied intelligence in tourist destinations.
- A research project that links knowledge to the increased use of digital technologies throughout the value chain, from R&D to the consumption of tourism services, will be awarded.
Deadline and submission of applications
The projects will be submitted by sending the requested documentation to this email: s.investigacion@nebrija.es.
The documentation to be provided will be the following:
- A PDF copy of the Final Research Project that is submitted to the call with the personal data (name and surname) of the author of the work and the tutor.
- A PDF copy of the anonymous Final Research Project, that is, in which the name of the person who has prepared it or who has tutored it does not appear.
- Copy of Curriculum Vitae.
- Copy of accreditation of the evaluation/grade received.
- Annex I complete.
With regard to the management of applications, the applications in which any of the documents mentioned in this section are missing will not be taken into account.
The deadline for submitting applications extends from the publication of these regulations until 06/30/2023, both included.
Regulations of the Call
The Antonio de Nebrija University and Telefónica Móviles España convene the 1st edition of the Awards for the best Final Bachelor's Projects and Final Master's Projects presented in any academic discipline oriented to the thematic lines of the Telefónica Nebrija Chair on "Tourism Intelligence”.
The works will be presented by sending the requested documentation to the email address s.investigacion@nebrija.es.
With regard to the processing of applications, those in which any of the documents mentioned in this section are missing will not be taken into account.
The deadline for submitting applications extends from the publication of these conditions to 07/30/2022, both included.
