In today's world, there is an almost unanimous societal demand for carbon-free and environmentally friendly electricity generation technologies. Among these, nuclear technology stands out and is receiving the support of the majority of governments worldwide. This trend is leading to a growing need for professionals in the nuclear sector on a global scale.
In response to this need, we offer the Master's Degree in Continuing Education in Nuclear Technology. This program is designed for postgraduates who aspire to shape their professional future in the nuclear sector. The Master's degree provides students with advanced knowledge of the main nuclear energy generation technologies. Its primary objective is to prepare professionals who will assume positions of responsibility in companies within the global nuclear industry. This includes both the existing reactor fleet that will operate in the long term and the new generation III+ and IV advanced design reactors.
Our exclusive program offers a comprehensive and advanced understanding of all aspects of nuclear technology. It provides an in-depth view of both the fuel cycle and the engineering of the systems that comprise nuclear facilities. Simultaneously, it lays a solid foundation in the fundamentals of operation, radiation protection, regulations, and nuclear safety.

Official Degree:Master's Degree in Continuing Education in Nuclear Technology
Candidates interested in pursuing a Master's degree in Continuing Education in Nuclear Technology should possess a unique blend of collaboration, achievement orientation, and authenticity. Flexibility, active listening skills, and a readiness to tackle complex challenges are essential.
Graduates from educational systems outside the European Higher Education Area can gain admission without the need for degree homologation. This is contingent upon the University's verification that their level of education is equivalent to the requisite official Spanish university degrees. Such degrees must authorize access to postgraduate education in the degree-issuing country. It is important to note that admission via this route does not, under any circumstances, imply homologation of the applicant's prior degree, nor its recognition for any purposes beyond enrolling in Master's programs.

The Master's program in Nuclear Technology leverages an online teaching methodology, offering students the flexibility to adapt the completion of most course content to their individual needs. This is facilitated through the platform provided by Nebrija University. This mode of delivery also enables direct interaction with instructors and fellow students.
This Master's degree is designed to cater to a broad spectrum of students. It appeals to both professionals already working in the nuclear sector (or those with prior knowledge), as well as postgraduates looking to steer their professional journey towards this sector.
The first part of the Master's program lays the groundwork for students to understand all the fundamental aspects of the operation and functioning of nuclear power plants. The second part involves practical training in simulators, on-site at the plant, and in the technical office. This hands-on approach equips students with the knowledge and experience necessary to seamlessly transition into any area within the nuclear sector.
Classes are scheduled from Monday to Friday in the afternoons to accommodate the academic or professional commitments of our students.
