Technical Unit for QualityQuality Assurance Commissions

In order to achieve the implementation and continuous improvement of the Internal Quality Assurance System, as well as to facilitate the task of monitoring and accreditation of degrees, Quality Assurance Commissions (QAC) have been created, which act at the School and Center levels.
The main objective of the QAC is the continuous improvement of the official degrees taught in each Center. It also acts as one of the internal communication vehicles of the policy, objectives, plans, programs, responsibilities and achievements of this system.
The QAC of each Center is responsible for the following functions:

  • Verification of the correct implementation of the curricula, ensuring compliance with the Verification Reports.
  • Monitoring of the effectiveness of the processes described in the Process Manual of the Internal Quality Assurance System, through the associated indicators
  • Proposal of corrective and/or preventive actions, formulated after monitoring the effectiveness of the processes and the indicators associated with them.
  • Publication of results: preparation of the Annual Report on Results Analysis.

The QAC meets every six months, at least, after being convened by the Quality Coordinator.
