As established by Royal Decree 1393/2007 of October 29, the curricula leading to the new official Degrees must be verified by the Universities Council. For this to be possible, the Madri+d Knowledge Foundation must issue a favorable report, based on the Degree Verification Report, which allows the verification of the proposed degree by the aforementioned Universities Council. This will be the first step that will lead to its follow-up and subsequent accreditation.

Previously, the Governing Council of the Rector's Office at Antonio de Nebrija University must resolve in favor of the creation or modification of the degree proposed by the Dean or the Director of each Center.

Throughout this process, the Technical Unit for Quality (TUQ) is in charge of:

• Advice for the submission of requests for verification or modification of degrees.
• Resolution of technical issues related to the preparation of the Degree Verification Reports.
• Preparation, review and improvement of support documents for follow-up, as well as regarding Criterion 9: Internal Quality Assurance System, of Verification Reports.
• Revision of the Reports and support for the Commissions before possible provisional reports of allegations issued by the Madri+d Foundation for Knowledge, before which we can present allegations.
• Readjusting our processes to the changes formulated by the Madri+d Knowledge Foundation and transmitting them to the interest groups.
