Board of Trustees

In accordance with article 27 of the Organic Law of Universities, stipulates that Private Universities will establish their governing and representation bodies in the Organization and Operation Regulations (OOR). The Organization and Operation Regulations of the Antonio de Nebrija University were collected in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid, on Friday, January 27, 2012, approved in Decree 6/2012, of January 19, of the Council of Government.

In accordance with the provisions of the current Organization and Operation Regulations of the Antonio de Nebrija University (OOR), in Article 25, the Board of Trustees was constituted as the maximum representative body of the University. It is a collegiate body formed by personalities of recognized academic and professional prestige, with important responsibilities in society. The following are also institutional members of the Board of Trustees: The President of the Antonio de Nebrija Foundation, the members of the Governing Board, the President of the Internal Regime Commission and the Former Rectors or Honorary Rectors of the Antonio de Nebrija University up to a maximum of four.

Social Responsibility

Nebrija University, which maintains since its creation the differentiating values of its educational model, based on quality teaching and research as knowledge creation, with the comprehensive training in skills, competences and abilities of all its students, has developed its University Social Responsibility plan with the objective of contributing positively to society and the environment, by integrating the UN Sustainable Development Goals into its strategy.
