WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2024 Presentation on the International Mobility Program 2025-2026 and the Host Universities.
THURSDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2024: Opening of the call, and submission of applications for the International Mobility Program 2025-2026.
WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 15, 2025: Deadline to submit applications, including Host University Preferences, and related documentation**.
FRIDAY, JANUARY 24, 2025: Provisional allocation of destinations; period opens for acceptance, resignation, and objections.
WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 29, 2025, AT 14:00 HRS: End of period for arguments and deadline to request withdrawal from PMI 24-25 without penalty.Deadline for objections and withdrawal requests from IMP 25-26 without penalty; no extensions of stay or changes of destination allowed after this date.
MONDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2025: Publication of final allocations.
FEBRUARY TO JUNE 2025: Deadlines for registration at destination and submission of related documentation.
- *MONDAY, JUNE 30, 2025: Deadline for submitting required documentation to the International Mobility Office (for students with annual or 1st-semester mobility).

Extraordinary Deadline and 2nd Round of Registration for PMI International Mobility Program 2025-2026*

MONDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2025: The destinations available for the extraordinary period (2nd ROUND) will be published on the Nebrija University website in the “Host Universities” section. This 2nd extraordinary round only allows departures for the 2nd semester and for the destinations that have become available after the first allocation.
MONDAY, MARCH 10, 2025: Opening of the extraordinary registration period (2nd ROUND) for departures only in the 2nd semester of the 2025-2026 academic year (see IMP Call for all limitations). It is necessary to submit the registration for the 2024-2025 International Mobility Program with the Host University Preferences and related documentation**.
THURSDAY, APRIL 3, 2025: End of registration for the extraordinary period (2nd ROUND) for the PMI for departures only in the 2nd semester of the 2025-2026 academic year.
THURSDAY, APRIL 10, 2025: Provisional allocation of destination for the extraordinary period and opening of the period for acceptance, resignation, and, where appropriate, objections.
TUESDAY, APRIL 22, 2025 AT 14:00 HRS: End of the period for objections to the extraordinary period and deadline to request withdrawal from the 2nd Round of the IMP 25-26 without penalty. From this date, no extensions of stay or changes of destination may be requested.
WEDNESDAY, APRIL 30, 2025: Publication of the final allocation for the extraordinary period.

**Where applicable, the documentation must include the corresponding foreign language level certificate, if required by the destination university.
